My working life has sat at the intersection of people, process, technology and compliance. I have led teams, managed practices, supported healthcare businesses, built infrastructure, designed web applications and helped organisations turn messy operational problems into workable systems.

Career history
My career has moved through retail, fuel and transport, government compliance, healthcare, professional services and WHS. The common thread has been practical leadership: building teams, improving systems, solving operational problems and taking responsibility for outcomes.
Progressed from retail and convenience store management into large-scale fuel and transport operations, then into business ownership.
During my time as manager, BP Bridge Garage was the largest fuel-volume truckstop in Australia and was recognised as one of the world's highest-volume truckstops.
Developed investigative, compliance and regulatory skills that continue to influence my approach to governance, risk management, evidence, documentation and operational systems.
Worked across regional general practice, specialist clinic ownership, national healthcare consulting, training and coaching. Key achievements included successful doctor recruitment, modernising healthcare IT infrastructure, building better business systems and supporting hundreds of Australian medical practices.
Led business operations, finance, technology, compliance and administrative systems within a multi-practitioner legal practice.
