In March 2020, when the country was essentially shut down and practices were struggling to source supplies, the Hand Sanitiser Australia Project produced hand sanitiser and delivered it to about 4,500 different addresses across Australia in under 10 days. The project was later covered by ABC News and is strong proof of practical logistics, urgency, supplier coordination, communication and execution under pressure.
A custom billing application built for healthcare service-fee workflows before payroll tax interpretations shifted.
The app was not launched commercially because the regulatory environment changed, but it remains strong evidence of practical problem identification, workflow design, healthcare commercial knowledge and software-building capability.
